Like M*NA or P*OT they are total garbage and no real profits and look at them .4 this actually has profits and operations. This is being held down on purpose. The only thing I can think of is if the company is holding it down so they can buy back their shares at a very cheap price. This has happened and I've seen it done even on the big boards where a buy back happens and the company waits for the price to drop a low as it can go before buying them back and thus increasing the pps.

I still think this is a strong buy. The stock refuses to go past .0028 that means many people are holding their shares until what needs to take place to make this a material company happens. Them holding proves that this stock has some very determined "investors" not traders or flippers that know this company can and will deliver some sort of profits.
