CHINA TO PASS USA IN OIL USE BY 2017?
On Yahoo finance page artl. about that.
SCTY and TSLA may still become much larger companies, due to the above, as USA switches off Middle Eastern Oil and China buys more from Venz, Saudis, and other international sources? China and USA solar companies will beat each other up, as they keep competing for USA solar market. This means solar cell prices (and their power) will be increasingly seen as smart energy use system by american customers (to beat utility rate hikes coming and potentially increasing brownouts caused by drought and higher temperatures cycle). things to consider as one speculates on investing in SCTY.
Who eats any losses in solar energy output due to wind, ice storms, vandalism and theft of panels? Just homeowner insurance, or does SCTY carry its own liability in these areas (as it actually owns the panels and their output)?
Run that one pass your home insurance agent. Or local utility (if one is grid connected via their roof solar panels).
I know only one person that has remote lake solar panels he bot and installed, and not on-grid. I assume he is his own insurance, in this particular case.
Why does SCTY keep dropping in price, if more and more folks are signing up with SCTY?
