Appears Jason N was not that far off with his email details about ambs dilution in late July. Gerald replied to a poster that he was "astounded" at Jason's predictions of 435 m OS ishares and another 100 mil for dilutive financing by early September. Filing indicates Jason was low with his 435m, next filing will closely validate , or not, his 535 by early September. Looks like gerald was filling that poster with baloney..astounded? Ambs diluted 100 mil. Since last filing...not rocket science trying to figure with 67k cash that gerald will continue to use shares as ATM. He is not worried about share price because he will continue to put daily pressure on it...on the average of a million. Daily....otcmarkets quick review indicates that ambs total volume for April/May/June was approx. 225 mil.
