Just a thought - wouldn't we be better off not being purchased by a company. Getting equal value of another companies shares never is the case is it? It requires a R/S doesn't it?

Hypothetical - if Ford was 5.00 a share, and they bought AFTC, they would give us one share for ever 2,000 AFTC...

I guess loading up now would be the way to go before purchase was to take place.

Correct me if I am wrong... Trust me, I want to be wrong on this one. I have a lot of shares, but nothing like the big dogs on the board.
