WRONG!
Qualcom already has integrated LTE!
It may not be multi-modal like Intel's current non-integrated solution but they do have integrated LTE.

Intel is way behind here to.

You can bet Qualcom has something ready to pounce on Intels new LTE chip and they will be able to boast it being integrated also!

Question really is how much less power will INTC's use-if any?

The good thing is - it will get them into the US market - with something.
