They are the ones with the manpower, the means, the money, the law, the facts of all filings, the facts of all lab notes, the facts of all testamonials, the facts of every shred of evidence that could be supplied by everyone in or around Loch Harris.
They have it "ALL", which is why the SEC approved CDEX-Inc to go public.
The questions were asked by the SEC to CDEX, CDEX answered, more questions were asked, Cdex answered again, and when "ALL" the questions that the SEC had asked, were answered, CDEX-Inc became a public company.
CDEX-Inc went threw 10 times the scrutiny that most companies go through, and received a full systems go by the SEC.
Cdex-Inc did not walk away from all the scrutiny, nor did they just toss in the towel and give up. They provided the truthful answers to all questions and earned the right to go public.
Not one of your letters with all of your so-called facts that you wrote to the Judges or the SEC was ever used in any manner to change one thing about the direction of the court or the SEC.
You failed at every point you tried to change or stop.
You have lost at every angle you tried. You are so full of sour grapes that you continue to ignore what scarednomore, Inet6, capnmike, sassy, myself, and MANY others have said to you and shown you. You have chosen to ignore what the court ruled on, and how the SEC never allowed any of your letters to change one thing.
You even choose to lie and lie openly about continuing to post, even though it has been produced over and over, your post promising you would go away if CDEX sold a product.
You have not one follower who will take "YOUR FACTS" and give you money to go get the millions you claim b/b stole from "US" shareholders, not ONE!
