Healthcare in China – One Hundred Billion Up For Grabs!

China has shaken its paradoxical image as a country divided by progress and tradition by contracting a joint-venture with SNYL for 100 Hospitals - the first such deal in history between the Government and a US company since joining the World Trade Organization (WTO).

The dynamic results have quietly enabled the spectacular performance of a burgeoning healthcare leader to transcend those rare boundaries while joining the legends of the medical industry.
Those familiar with the chain-of-events that have produced the leaders in healthcare will recognize the blue-chip caliber in SNYL that draws comparisons to Hospital Corp. of America (NYSE: HCA, $51), Humana (NYSE: HUM, $55), and Universal Health Services (NYSE: UHS, $48). The notable difference being SNYL’s 70% ownership in 100 hospitals with the Government of China immediately jolting revenues from ZERO to $5 Million monthly with the envisioned potential of a $1 Billion revenue goal for the next five to ten years.

SNYL has 7 existing hospitals, two of which have initiated expansion in 2005 with the remaining five to expand in early 2006. SNYL is targeting acquisition of majority control (70%, with the Chinese government owning 30%) in another 100 “second level” hospitals, generally with 300 -500 beds per hospital. “Second level” hospitals comprise approximately 70% of China’s 20,000 medical facilities.

Sunnylife Global has developed a Health Care Management System (HCMS), approved and adopted by China's governing bodies, classifying SNYL as one of the most versatile companies in modern healthcare. Contractual arrangements have been structured so that each hospital will have 50,000 prepaid enrollees (US $18.75 million in annual revenue), resembling an HMO health insurance program similar to that offered in the US by Kaiser Permanente, except that SNYL's program will be sponsored and prepaid by the Chinese government.
