Funny, I am wondering the same on how some think HEMP Inc is a "scam".

Those pulling their hair out over the legitimacy of this company would be better served via SEC enforcement - http://www.sec.gov/complaint/select.shtml - though they'll tell you nothing is unusual, as such practices are carried out tactfully by almost every fortune 500 company at some point in their existence. Coming here to explain a fictitious belief will prove to be a waste of time.

I see some are here to spread negative speculation of HEMP Inc, which is allowed, but holds no merit - it just isn't fair, but I know life isn't either. It's commendable that some pay close attention and provide their assessments. Realistically, the analysis of HEMP Inc's accounting practices seems a bit hasty, at this stage of the game, in the young and growing industry. Let's not loose sight of Perlowin's expertise and time in the field (literally). I get the sense that a lot of those "contributing" have neglected what it takes to capitalize in a growing market, in it's fundamental form - and it IS growing (again, literally). There is a lot at stake here (billions of $$$), and Perlowin knows it most of anyone.

I have to say HEMP Inc is in the MMJ game, too. Marijuana is a form of hemp, after all. HEMP Inc could always venture into a more traditional form of the MMJ business, if they see fit, when the time is right.

Fabricated "scam" theories are not appreciated. I applaud the imagination, however. There is absolutely no basis to determine or conclude that HEMP Inc is a phoney company. I hope you folks realize this, and will attempt to spend your time more wisely. Life is too short (just like a true mudslingers investment strategy.)
