LOL, You do realize this is a company with a stock trading at .03 and not AAPL, right? Small bios developing a product often have big capital problems. The fact that they got some money as per the news and filed their 10Q is something of a positive sign. Debt and dilution often accompanies small bio companies so don't pretend this is nothing new
