While i would agree with you on that. I and a few other people have been looking at how the market acts as a whole and then how the pennies react. While I don't think that pps for a otc is affected directly and drastically like we would see on a blue chips. But when we do see low volume in the whole index of the Dow i have noticed the similar volume in the otc board. But just like everything in this world it is not an exact science or answer just somethings I have been noticing.
