Here's what the confusion is all about with unconfirmed PR

As of last Thursday, August 15th, Premier Brands Inc will no longer be representing us in the capacity of Brand Manager, and will have no exclusive rights to represent ABP or the product going forward. We have communicated our agreement to enter into a non-exclusive sales role for Premier Brands Inc., subject to them receiving all necessary approvals needed to sell liquor.

subject to = their / our approval of new agreement

While most blamed the drop in pps on MM & those that might be light headed, insiders might've had a heads up?
