Keep in mind, Mr.Passley's and his buddies shares cost him nothing. His shares were granted to them in some form of compensation form. Now they can sell at will, take as much money as he wants or needs. Shareholders pps value falls that leaves us one of two options. Sell and take a beating or stay and ride it out for months, if not years. Typical senario with these stocks. CEO's of these legal scams don't care about shareholders even though they may comment or put it in a fluff PR. Maybe Mr.Passley is doing a good job for the company. It would be refreshing for once to experience some nice profitability from a CEO that does in fact care.
