OMG! Doomed for failure and you don't do this 4 times unless it is for a reason. I think they are looking to get delisted without it being to obvious... Which is how many of them do it at this level. There are thousands of companies (yes thousands) that are now private after a delisting.

Just dont file or file too many times late, then follw it up with no filings. Get delisted, bumped back to private and go on and make a fortune giving nothing to shareholders. It is happening as we speak "somewhere"

It is not like they have a ton of financials to deal with... What is the problem ? To think this is JUST happening because the CFO or the acct. firm is late would be naive....
