If the convert all the warrants, they will own 79.9% of the company. They will only be able to sell them at whatever price it currently trades at. Right now it would be $1.40ish

But, by converting the warrants, they acknowledge that they will not dismantle the company so the pps should technically skyrocket.

It remains to be seen what will really happen with Obummer ruining every party!
