Oh lord! Have you ever heard of preferred with voting rights? Pink sheet directors ALWAYS structure in such a way where your vote doesn't count and they can never be voted out by minority commoners. Even if enough preferred isn't issued to ratio your vote unnecessary, they can always issue more restricted voting commons to directors. The only time a proxy is sent to the common folk is when the company wants you to think you matter.
