Thanks Jett,

Not an oil and gas guy.

Did take a quick look, it looks like DOWG, working with farm out partners has been
drilling and testing wells in this area since 2005-2006.

Took a glance at pps history, outside of a few periods above a dollar, the stock trades in the .30 to .80 range. With some extended periods below the .30 level.

So considering the commitment from Maurel et Prom, we might be looking at a possible return to
the .70 to .80 level over the short term.
