Really depends on earnings, because with the low O/S of CHLO, a strong earnings report could definitely run this up to .17, if longs are not willing to sell. There just aren't enough free shares out there, if demand spikes on the earnings report. Just as selling on the way down can become irrational, the same thing can happen on the buy side.
