You must be joking. The company announces that's it's going dark and then goes dark, doesn't release an annual report for 2012 or Q1 for 2013 and forces sharehodlers to sign NDAs to see their financials and to attend their AGM. If that's not hiding information from the public I don't know what is. Maybe what the NSA does?

That's the definition of hiding information from the public.. My son can't wait to defend any action the conmpany could possibly wish to initiate on the basis of my previous post. He could use the costs TEVE would have to pay in legal fees for frivolous action. He'd make more money from TEVE than you'll ever make on ths.
