If you look at the number of shares predicted by Jason in the Zacks write up, he notes that it will progressively go UP to 700 MILLION in 2015. 400, 450 and so on .



Do you think he views that as a worst case scenario? In other words dilution in the absence of a BD agreement, grants or any other non-dilutive financing.
