Peterson used RVPL's money as his personal piggy bank, he paid and supported, paid and had joint accounts with his mommy and has no way to account for most of the money. All the money is gone he is borrowing money for beer at this point.

He thinks he is a big, smart Business man and the truth he is a common thug.
