2 things that still concern me despite Karin's positive sounding contact with Leo:
.
1. no announcement that patent was granted unconditionally on Prurisol which may explain why the trial has not commenced in Europe ( would be nice to know exactly which country too since England or Germany carry more clout then Yugoslavia )

2. delay in the assay of p21 which is the proof positive that Kevetrin has activated the p53 pathway at some dosing in humans. The assay should take no more then 72 hours to run based on the techniques of gathering the raw plasma and running the PFC assaysanti-p21(Waf1/Cip1) monoclonal antibody and anti-mouse IgG conjugated to the red fluorescent dye used at DF currently.
This lack of critical information and its secrecy raises many questions at this point in the trials.

Despite the above I remain cautiously optimistic and will be attending the Rodman conference in September.

Many eyes are carefully waiting and watching the progress of the Kevetrin trials
