Slight correction on Redchip, Pepp.

Guess the disclaimer should have been worded, "200,000 shares of common stock under Rule 144 for twelve (12) months of these investor relations services and a monthly cash fee."

Instead of..

"...a monthly cash fee and 200,000 shares of common stock under Rule 144 for twelve (12) months of these investor relations services."
