I'm answering a question openly from a private message,sorry B this is the only way to answer you,am not a member here,only a freebe.I think it was there.I did see the page before and glanced over it,but never read the whole page.TMMI did update from their old webpage.I read a little,awhile ago.I like the fact that they are being upfront and honest with the shareholders.There are Risk Factors with all penny stocks.I also agree with you,that the AB is top notch,and knows they have a winning product.I'm hoping this case gets kicked to discovery,if needed.TMMI wins over Larry Panik,who has no experience with technology what so ever.I would think TMMI and the Intellectual minds of Kramer/Dr Sloan,and Dr Barnsley and their creations that kicked this quest off many years go,and the fact that Kramers insight of the future is almost complete,and all,that will see/use the product will win over Dimension,Inc,DFMI and Larry Panik so we can close this door forever,for the last and final time,so TMMI/TRUDEF can move onward and upward,and again,they might be ready,and all,that we are concerned about,the Risk Factors could be gone.I'm like all others,awaiting Judge Ellsworth decision.Today was very positive in the market,so that's good sign.EOM
