I certainly am more pessimistic about our chances than many on this board, but I cannot follow how you get us to class 12. That was tried, and taken back. Also, if they wanted us there, they would have simply put is there in the POR - problem solved.

I suspect there may yet be an NOL play, though I doubt we'll see anything about that for another year.
