Did you read the article that Eagleguy posted the link to? Excellent news for the good guys and puts that much more pressure on David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster to run for the border!!!

Both David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster took CXLT, Calibert Exploration, Inc from Nevada and moved their company's work and focus to Canada. From Canada they took their business to Florida where the laws are very vague. The two of them did it to Iron Heading Mining Company also!! They did it with 60 companies in 25 years!!
These to have very seldom had an actual working company and it will be proved by the end of next year!! That is a fact!!!
