Post# of 15759
nyc13 ... Chancellor Group Inc. [CHAG] ...

is hardly "cash poor" ... it has $1.2 million in cash as of 6-30-13, and I believe Mr. Grant will continue to fund Pimovi, and in my opinion, Pimovi is and will be his primary focus now.

Here is an excerpt from a much earlier post to you ...

"`Mr. Grant has primarily concentrated on locating a suitable acquisition for the Company`

In my opinion, Mr. Grant is really not an oilman. I think he was just looking for a place to put his money, and apparently it hasn`t worked out too well for him. I also think he would probably sell Chancellor`s oil and gas properties in a heartbeat if he could find someone to pay his price. I suspect he`s a lot more in his element and quite pleased with his investment in Pimovi. I don`t think he would throw his money just anywhere ... I would think he must believe his relationship with Mr. Franks and Mimvi will in time pay off handsomely, but again, that`s just my opinion."

Here`s an excerpt from another earlier post to you ...

Maxwell Grant

[excerpt of bio]

"Maxwell Grant whose company, Koala Pictures, is Chancellor's largest stockholder, has a business degree and a journalism diploma in 1960 from Melbourne University. A former international journalist and university lecturer in the early 1960's in labor relations at Monash University, Melbourne, his New
York-published novels have been translated into several languages. His wide range of interests include TV and film production, film financing and more recently oil and gas. For the last three years, Mr. Grant has primarily concentrated on locating a suitable acquisition for the Company and worked on
several other film and investment projects. He co-founded in the late 1990's and was a 19% shareholder of Majestic Film Management Limited, Melbourne, Australia, which raised several million dollars for international feature films for Village Roadshow Pictures. The film JOEY, which he conceived and on which he was Associate Producer, was sold internationally to MGM."

And lastly, here`s a more recent post to you ...

I think you can gather from my "TrepLabs" post and the last post from above as to what I believe transpired between Mimvi and Microsoft as well as how I feel about Kasian Franks ... and I do know that these opinions are definitely not very popular at all !! That being said, I don`t believe that Mr. Franks deliberately misled Mimvi shareholders and I`m going solely on my experience with him and what I believe happened regarding the Microsoft partnership ... and for the record, I think Mimvi was more a victim of circumstances as were other Microsoft partners ...

with the most notable being Nokia ...

Nokia Is Mad at Microsoft

[excerts]

"... and longtime users calling for CEO Steve Ballmer’s head as they threaten to leave the platform."

"In fact, Nokia is downright mad that Microsoft continues to drag its feet with upgrading Windows Phone, which Nokia's smartphone business relies entirely on now."

"However, Windows Phone 8.1 is reportedly delayed until 2014 so Microsoft can squash bugs."

"Microsoft is now straddling the line between integrated and segmented as it transitions to a new age of mobile computing, but it's facing an uphill battle."

I do not think either Mimvi or Pimovi are scams.

Pimovi was actually founded in November, 2012, and was officially announced as a new technology division of Chancellor Group Inc. on 1-15-13. It was given eight (8) months to reach its first milestone which I believes alludes to the Company generating revenue, so I assume that 9-15-13 would be the target date. Mr. Franks stated that Pimovi has the right "DNA" which Mimvi was lacking, and judging by those individuals on his team ...

I`m inclined to believe he`s got a pretty darn good one.

Based on the team he has assembled at Pimovi and its other operating costs, I`m not sure if Mr. Grant and Chancellor will continue to provide the funds the Company will require going forward or if, perhaps, they spin it off with an IPO in order to obtain public funding.

Now, whether or not the Company will be a success is anybody`s guess, but I do think it`s in a new and potentially explosive tech sector and I do believe Mr. Franks and his team can will be able to deliver the goods, but this is just my opinion based on what is really a very limited amount of information.

I hope this is of some help.
