Don't give the MM's too much credit. People talk about them like it's some super-genius trader sitting there, staring at a thousand different stocks trying to make decisions to "make a big score" or whatever. They are computers. They are reactive programs, executing trades for retail, or for financial institutions, based on algorithms and current trade action. If BTIG or any other inactive MM kicks into action, it is because a program is reacting to a chart read, or to a volume indicator, etc. Basically, if those outside factors play into the program's parameters, it will react accordingly. But mostly what you're seeing here are retail trades, and probably some finance selling from VNDM which will sell downward if there is no hits on the ask, but will uptick if there are steady hits on the ask.

All I'm saying is...most likely BTIG, or MAXM, or LAMP, or FANC, or any other non-retail MM sitting around here is a program, not somebody who knows or cares a single ounce about BRND's product.

I am not a promoter or professional stock trader. I'm a regular guy who enjoys stock trading to make (or lose) a few dollars. I am only responsible for my own trading foibles, not yours...do your own DD.
