Berkowitz Has been in FnF, since,June 3,2013 ,older news says,So this news is not so NEW. He may of add more.8/14/2013,I guess that was yesterday.

Berkowitz is buying preferred.NOW.He may have bought common,which sent it UP to 5.00,sold,and hence it took that dive south. Just a guess.I don't really know this.I would have done it.If I had that kind of cash.
