Thx for the advice to dig back. I had heard relative recent mentions of various open court cases but the prevailing responses seemed to indicate no biggy, not to worry, not currently important, and the like, so I looked fwd & it all sounds so positive & also seemed to lack the classic pump/dump earmarks. So I checked & saw the board went back over 3 yrs & over 6k posts. Started at beginning & saw no concerns in 1st hundred posts & then started jumping ahead faster & around 1900 I began to see some issues surface. I have to go back as I've already 4gotten what it was all about but it didn't sound too good & I remember thinking I can't believe stuff at that level would be all forgotten & under rug more recently. Something about bleam, was it & claims of wrongdoing causing a big deal to not happen? Another thing I didn't quite get, from the real early posts, was the idea that man posters seemed to equate voip-pal w/magic jack, which I had never heard b4, but my research told me was only an affiliation w/those ppl that didn't sound anyth like Vplm main gig was that, so it is indeed confusing. And I also wonder about why is or ain't w/regard to the voip service and/or the software App? I'm not good at this stuff at all & feel headaches coming on...
