Ask Pdiddy if he would give away 60 bottles of Ciroc! He'll say hell no son! What makes you think Premier/Ab partners will give away 60 bottles at one single event. They first need to promote in California and make some revenues. Maybe later they will give out more, but why anyhow if they got tons of people willing to pay for it :D.
