Absolutely, generally speaking corporations such as Iron Ridge must carry professional liability insurance that is applicable to anyone acting in a capacity of the company, employees contactors, ect.

Svfcauctioner is obviously and admitting as acting on behalf of Iron Ridge in a professional capacity.

Just because they are headquartered outside the US does not bar them from regulation and law as they have many assets here that can be levied if sued.

They are not above the law.
