What is an" illegal person"? A sheep without an eartag? A cow gone off the farm in search of greener pastures?
You can't purport freedom and then rely on the very institutions that deny it to control others.

Passports and border controls as such are an institution of economic control.

In the days of yore, one went out INTO the world to seek their fortune.

No one restricted you but your own (luck, savvy and fortune) ethics and propriety to deal with others in another culture.

Passports are an invention of banksters inventorying their chattel property.
