Every penny stock dilutes. That's how they raise capital.

The question is, does the company have enough potential, upside, and tangible assets to get it past the point of capital raising and to the point of revenue.

In SGLB's case, the answer is a resounding YES! Is this a 100% sure thing, no, but in my opinion it's about as close as it gets in the penny world.

The private placement set us back, for sure. My guess is that all of the shares were sold to insiders. As a result, insiders got an amazing piece of pie at a cheap price, SGLB raises friendly capital to get printrite3d online and commercialized, and we continue to move forward. These shares are restricted for a year. Theoretically printrite3d is easily online by then, we are making millions in revenue, and a few million shares dumped here and there at some point or another will feel like less than a speed bump.

Financials were AMAZING (especially for a penny stock)!! Revenues being generated. We are cash positive. We have only added 7 million common shares to the outstanding share count in the last year. We are signing MOUs left and right. We have some of the best 3d printing engineers/scientists in the world working for us, with many big time connections. Printrite serves a desperately needed niche in the high precision 3D printing world, people will be knocking on our door to buy. Realtime monitoring of 3D printing will open up countless avenues of applications that aren't currently available due to inconsistencies in current printing methods. We have a deal with GE. The possibilities are endless. My guess is that we will be trading at .50 - 1.00 by January.

SGLB is golden in my opinion. The .01 placement will be water under the bridge in no time. My final thought on that is there is no way in heck a company would give a deal like that, unless they had a good reason.

As far as that warning about dilution goes, I think most 10ks for most companies have such warnings. We might need to raise capital later by selling shares; don't be surprised. Thanks for the heads up! We understand, just keep kicking butt, refining and selling your product, and making deals. We're behind you 100%!!
