1. The Company’s continuing integration of a new executive and development team while maintaining focus on implementing and monitoring its new expansion, administration and marketing programs.

2. The Company’s limited personnel focusing on increasing the company’s sales volume while developing strategic alliances.
3. The Company’s continued focus on optimizing the use of its limited support personnel to design and implement new accounting systems and procedures for accommodating its expected continued rapid growth.

The company expects to post its quarterly report and the related attorney’s opinion letter no later than Tuesday August 20, 2013.
