With $48MM in Revenue and $4MM in Opt Profits this quater this company is real close now!!! If they reduce much of the $14MM in financing by selling stock, I can easily see this company with positive earnings very soon!!! That is provided they are not bought out which is also a very likely senario now!!! That might explain the pop to 50 cents two days ago!

Hold for at least 71 cents!

Fair market value after restructuring could be as high as $1.50 in 2014 IMHO!
