Good thought, but there are rounded up, approx 386 mln O/S.

A premium of .01 per share, or 5.6 times the current pps would cost a buyer 3.86 mln plus take over the dept.

Licensing the patent to several firms for a one time fixed fee plus quarterly royalties would be a better way for the company.

The market is looking for sustained revenues.

All IMO....
