I've been riding the waves on this one for a while. Always goes up, just a bit of a longer wait this time, I've waited longer. If it was a P&D we'd have seen a much sharper drop and higher volume a while ago. My guess is everybody who's in is waiting, and those that aren't are trying to get in at unrealistically low levels so no one will sell to them, hence the low volume lock were seeing.
News hits and this one, as usual, pops big.
