CT's face value is $50.00.

Before Judge caught the inside trading, 4HF only requested to have $34.75 including the interest. The reason is that 4 HFs could take over WAMU2 by claiming the payment is not full and wiped out preferreds and commons.

Then, Judge determined the value of CTs is around $10.00. All the interest for CTs going to senior as to make up the difference between the judgement rate and committed rate.
