My fear, as I read Mr.Passley's comment, "We are expecting to reward our shareholders with a dividend. Acquisitions will continue as well as organic growth of the existing businesses", is his way of telling share holders, the PPS is not going to go up and dangle this idea of a dividend months and months on down the road, which may not ever come to fruition.
