Actually not bad news.
Means BOD and management can think about getting some shovels and wheels and get down on the job cleaning up their mess. Oh dear . . . mean we have to do that icky work we tried to hide?

Could result in forced sale of some of its assets for cash, including international. Maybe government should sue BOD and management and seal them off from any benefits and salaries and stock options. They can work for one dollar per year, until they decide to get it right. Want to bet they can come up with a recovery plan ASAP? All we need is some Texas Rangers to put them in some party orange jump suits.
Or bring over some North Korean Special Forces to 'discuss' the recovery plan . . . bet that gets positive results. Why I even can imagine BOD getting religion and falling all over themselves in public to ask for forgiveness for their sub-standard abilities, and each pledging a big personal $$s contribution from their personal fortunes, to speed up the cleanup.
