Once the new co emerge from the BK,

I don't think we have to worry about the former creditors.

Unless they can prove the BK lawyers and accountants are purposely hiding assets to get the asset numbers low.(keeping the POR payout number to minimal)

Which is very hard to prove, given the chaotic nature of 2008 and appreciation of asset value since.
