This value of US$0.018 for each share of Great West Gold, Inc. Common Stock refers to the Stock Distribution Dividends only and does not factor into account the 25% Stock Dividend.
The Share Certificates in respect of these five Stock Distribution Dividends will be posted to shareholders by the Transfer Agent in late January 2006.
