Really? I got nothing from that post except manufactured pie in the sky rhetoric. subliminal? Really? How many times has that one been said? Does it come with a double secret handshake?

Lets see:

Mergers: Not Done.
Dividend: Not Done
Stock Split: Not Done
Office Relocation: Not Done
Audits: Not Done

So with so many PR's about what was happening, why is NOTHING done? Not even a timely filing with the OTC to stay current.

let me iterate just a tad bit...

numbers 1 & 2 deal not just with SKTO but with other players. It does not revolve around only one company or any one person.

When also dealing with other cooperatives, it is quite possible, they are late with turning in their reports that would affect everyone.

#3 - is not something that is earth shattering nor something that will hold up operations, especially in today's virtual world of technology. A lot of business people carry notepads, laptops and smart phones with the ability to save data in cloud technology.
The hardest thing would probably be catching a flight from Fl to CA.

Regarding 1 & 2; SKTO had no problem pumping out the PR's and getting quick on the trigger to set up shareholders but now that nothing happened it is everybody elses fault but theirs. Too funny. Didn't they do any research on teh company they were dealing with (which just so happens to have common players? BTW, is SKTO honoring their side of the deal BEFORE AEGY provides teh dividend that was part of this deal?

Cooperatives reports have nothing to do with SKTO financials. They don't need them to roll up their actual revenues and expenses.

Finally the office relocation. It is not a matter f how it impacts business, it is a matter of credibility. SKTO leadership has yet to do anything they put into a PR that can be verified. This was an easy win and they screwed that up as well.

What a dream team you have running this scam. More of a nightmare to me
