@ .75% = $1,275,000 ($106,000 per month)
@ .50% = $850,000 ($71,000 per month)
@ .25% = $425,000 ($36,000 per month)

AND this is just ONE project...

2. Since Beneficial has a "Development Supervision Contract" for the Charles project...what sort of job duties do they undertake for the project ? A. Project administration during the construction phase.

3. Will we get to know eventually what BFHJ's fees are associated with The Charles ? A. What is required to be disclosed will be in the 10-Q and summarized in the associated news release.
