And if you study the Constitution and the intent of the Founding Fathers, you'd agree on the 3/5th of the States being able to overturn a Supreme Court decision. Do you know how many misfits have stayed and rendered incompetent decisions on the Supreme Court? They were not meant to have this ultimate power over all the people. Term limits on them would at least be a good start!
