let's see - the usual suspects say that it would be a good idea to short STSI again.
Hmmm so you want to short a stock that broke thru its 50-day average at the end of June, then broke thru its 200 day moving average just four trading sessions ago.
...is that right? you want to short a stock that has just done all that over the past six weeks and also has a rising Relative Strength measure against the S and P 500?
...so, just to be clear, you want to short a stock with all that going for it, PLUS there is an existing outstanding short position equivalent to about 20% of all outstanding shares?
This is the same company that:
1) just announced that the legal witch hunt against it has amounted to ZILCH and
2) has as its CEO an individual who is taking no salary until the firm is profitable
3) has as its fastest-growing sales channel partner a global retailing rising star which just announced an expansion into China.
