Explain how the 10Q is good?

They are still burning a million dollars a quarter,
Still have no revenue to speak of,
Have $10,000 in Cash,
Have 100 days of Credit facilities left
and said they are going to manufacture more shares (dilution) to get through the rest of the year!!!!!
