Here's a link to a good story about the lawsuit from the local newspaper. After reading the article it sounds like Saker might have a good chance of winning or at the very least getting some sort of monetary award out of this issue.

The story doesnt say what the outcome of today's proceedings is, but if does a good job of laying out all of Saker's complaints in the lawsuit.
