"why ERHC can't close the deal in Kenya"

It's my opinion that they can... at any time they can say "that's a deal we agree to", but they haven't.

Instead of pointing to the balance sheet and throwing out the "going concern" scare tactic, stop and ask yourself... "why haven't they?"

In my opinion they are waiting for one thing, and one thing only... the green flag to announce the alluded to way forward in the JDZ. Whatever that way for is caused Chad to grant extensions on payment and cause Kenya to give ERHC a very large block for very little money.

Suffice it to say that Chad and Kenya have been privy to details that we commoners have not, and those details made them move toward a continued association with ERHC, not away from it.

We will *NOT* go into this winter looking like the same company, I am absolutely certain of that. Don't read any management defense into my words, this wait is driving me nuts too.

So I try not to spend much time on this board, and I hunker down and wait... just a few more months, IMO, maybe less.
