cont: to break it down , if some don't understand basic business and the markets then they DONT belong behind the wheel of a PUBLIC company ( talking about examples ) .. in the one I mentioned before .. what dimwit couldn't see the stock was ready to rip ? but all dumb and eager to do the dirt swap instead of realizing that maybe its better to wait a few more weeks ( years in market time ) and raise $$$ at higher price
